Former Microsoft CEO and current LA Clippers owner Steve Ballmer reportedly made a big donation to his alma mater Harvard University toward its computer science department.

Boston Business Journal reports Ballmer's undisclosed donation will expand the university's computer science faculty by 50 percent.

BBJ tech reporter Sara Castellanos said he made this big donation to help push the future of technology.
