It's called Cape Air, and it all started 25 years ago with a flight from Boston to Provincetown, Massachusetts.
Since then, this company has really spread its wings, with hundreds of flights a day during high season, moving hundreds of thousands of passengers all over the world, from the Cape to the Caribbean and from Montana to Micronesia.

Wolf shares the most important lesson he’s learned in leadership. He also lists his future goals for the company.
