A teenage driver has been charged in a deadly hit-and-run crash in Taunton, Massachusetts.
The Bristol County District Attorney's Office says 19-year-old Cecily Kilsby-Munafo took off after crashing into a bicyclist Thursday night near Broadway and Washington streets.
The victim, 36-year-old Michael Alfano, a father of two with a third child on the way, was thrown from the bike and dragged down the street under the car.
"He was murdered, he wasn't just hit by a car, he was murdered," said Alfano's ex-girlfriend, Amanda Parker.
Kilsby-Munafo's 26-year-old boyfriend, Ryan O'Day, was also arrested and charged as an accessory after the fact -- Kilsby-Munafo was driving O'Day's mother's car when she hit Alfano, prosecutors say.
"That same boyfriend apparently screamed at her, according to her words, to leave the scene after it became apparent they had been involved in this accident," said Kilsby-Munafo's defense attorney, Ken Fredette.
"The bicycle became lodged underneath the vehicle, causing damage to the motor vehicle and causing sparks to fly," Assistant District Attorney Matthew Friedel said.

Prosecutors allege Kilsby-Munafo stopped the car 1,000 feet down the road and O'Day removed the bicycle and threw it into the woods.
"It's inhumane," said Shannon Dininno, Alfano's girlfriend and the mother of his unborn child. "It's cruel."
"That's shocking, they took a personal item of his and threw it in the woods," Parker added. "That's murder."
Kilsby-Munafo was on probation from a 2015 home invasion where she allegedly threatened someone with a knife, while O'Day has a long rap sheet and was on probation for failing to register as a sex offender and attempting to strangle Kilsby-Munafo.
Her attorney says she now realizes she shouldn't have fled the scene, but she panicked.
"She's extremely remorseful, I think if you saw her body language in that courtroom, the whole world is on her shoulders right now," Fredette said. "She's extremely saddened by what happened."
Kilsby-Munafo is being held on $10,000 cash bail on this charge, but is being held without bail on the probation violation.
O'Day is being held on $7,500 cash bail.
