As the three year anniversary of the murder of an Andover, Massachusetts, couple approaches, authorities are renewing their appeal to the public for information.
John and Geraldine Magee were found shot to death in their home at 7 Orchard Crossing on the morning of Dec. 14, 2011.
Their Lexus SUV was found on fire on Prince St. in Boston on the evening of Dec. 13.
"The public should know that this investigation remains active, and we are committed to bringing the person or persons responsible for this brutal act to justice," says District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett. "Once again, we are asking anyone with any information to please contact us."
State Police Detectives assigned to the Essex District Attorney's Office and Andover Police Detectives are working together to solve the double homicide.
