Police have arrested a suspect who had been wanted in connection to an August shooting murder that took place in Brockton, Massachusetts.
Jerome Morris has been charged with first degree murder and carrying a firearm without a license for his role in the shooting death of Quentin Phillip.
Morris allegedly shot and killed Phillip while he sat in a car behind Joe Angelo's bar. The two men knew one another. After a confrontation, police say Morris lingered in the parking lot with a group of friends. Morris later approached Phillip's car and shot him through a window.
Phillip was rushed to Brockton Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Investigations later identified Morris as the shooter. Morris was cooperative with investigators and admitted to shooting Phillips.
