3 More Men Charged in Fatal Stabbing

Eighteen-year-old John Ingram, 19-year-old Josue Morillo of Providence and 19-year-old Andrew Soben are facing murder and conspiracy charges

Three more men have been charged in the stabbing death of a Warwick, Rhode Island, man last weekend.

Eighteen-year-old John Ingram, 19-year-old Josue Morillo of Providence and 19-year-old Andrew Soben are facing murder and conspiracy charges in the death of 19-year-old Michael Rogers.

All three were arraigned Wednesday on the charges. The court will appoint them attorneys.

Police say 20-year-old Jared Rogers stabbed his nephew, Michael, and his brother, 30-year-old David Rogers on Saturday at their Warwick home. Michael Rogers died from his injuries. David Rogers was listed in stable condition.

Jared Rogers has pleaded not guilty to murder and assault with a dangerous weapon.

Police say Ingram, Morillo and Soben were initially sought as witnesses until they were found to be involved in the murder and assault.
