An SUV crashed into a condominium complex in Plymouth, Massachusetts, on Thursday morning, causing major damage to the building.
The incident occurred at Cherry St. and Squanto Road, the Plymouth Fire Department said.
The driver was trapped in the SUV, a Ford Expedition, and eventually flown to a hospital in Boston, Plymouth police said. They didn't know the severity of the 66-year-old man's injuries.
Two condos damaged by the SUV had occupants inside, but none were hurt. The driver of another vehicle that was hit was unhurt as well, police said.

The vehicle crashed through two condos, sounding like an explosion, according to homeowners who were there at the time.
"It sounded like something smashing into your home as hard as it could," Brian Suitor said.
He and his wife work from home, and he said they were were lucky not to have been in the kitchen when the SUV crashed through the building. Beams in the kitchen were pushed in and fiberglass and glass were blown throughout the house.
"Honestly I'm just thankful that we're okay. My wife usually works right in the kitchen, and she just happened to be in another room at the moment," Suitor said.
The SUV ended up on its roof after crashing through the building. A nurse who lives next door ran to help the driver, but it took half an hour to free the driver, because the SUV was jammed far into the building.
"Between the speed -- enough to knock that boulder and roll it down the hill and actually get the vehicle upside down, in the air and then land on the roof -- would be quite an impact, so obviously something went wrong," Chief Ed Bradley said.
It wasn't clear whether the driver would face any charges -- police said they were waiting to interview him based on his injuries.
