When it comes to "Allston Christmas," the term given to the day where thousands of Boston college students and other Bostonians leave things on curbs for free as they move, city officials are warning of bedbugs.

According to the Boston Globe, city officials say that though thousands of free things will be left curbside on Sept. 1, picking up these items increases a risk in spreading bugs.
