Police confirm the victim was shot on Shawmut Avenue in the city's Roxbury neighborhood.

A woman suffered life-threatening injuries after beingshot Monday in Boston's Roxbury neighborhood, police confirm.

The victim, in her 30s, was shot at 625 Shawmut Avenue.

Police are investigating.
