The funeral plans for Marine Gunnery Sergeant Thomas Sullivan were announced Thursday.
Sullivan, of Springfield, Massachusetts, was shot to death in last week's attack in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Sullivan's wake will be held on Sunday at T.P. Sampson Chapel of Acres in Springfield. Visiting hours will be held between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. A burial ceremony will follow at Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Agawam.
The funeral service will be private and restricted to family, friends and dignitaries.
