Massachusetts State Police say a pedestrian was struck on the Massachusetts Turnpike Friday morning.
The incident happened westbound near Arlington Street. The scene has since been cleared.
The 34-year-old victim was transported to St. Elizabeth's Hopsital with minor injuries.
State police said the victim reportedly tried to leave the scene, but was detained.
The driver will not face any charges.
