New Hampshire State Police say they have arrested a teenager accused of trespassing in a restricted area of an old hospital building Monday.
Police received a report of two male subjects climbing over the 10-foot wooden gate at the old State Hospital building on the Governor Hugh Gallen State Office Complex in Concord.
Upon arrival, police found the two males. One male, identified as Jacob Silverstein, 18, was seen pulling plywood covering a window to access the building. Another male was a 15-year-old juvenile.
The juvenile was released to a parent and Silverstein what charged with criminal trespass. He is due in court for arraignment on May 13.
