(NECN: Denver, CO) - Shortly after a historic roll call at the Democratic National Convention, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announces that Barack Obama has accepted the party's nomination.
"It is with great pride that I announce that Barack Obama is the Democratic nominee for President of the United State by acclamation."
"Senator Obama has been invited to make an acceptance speech. I have been asked to inform you that Senator Obama accepts the nomination, and will deliver his acceptance speech to be held at the fourth session of the convention at Invesco Field."
