April 30, 2008 Boston Ballet comes alive with Swan Lake Play video

(NECN) - The Boston Ballet's production of "Swan Lake" premiers Thursday (5/1/08). The story has a rich history, having first premiered in 1877 in Moscow.

Now, Boston Ballet artistic director Mikko Nissinen is once again bringing it alive. Mikko says that he has condensed the performance, and has livened it up for today's audiences.
