(NECN) - It is not too early to start thinking about the Boston marathon, in fact dozens of runners just got the inspiration they'll need to get up Heartbreak Hill.
They will be helping children battling cancer at Dana Farber.
The Dana Farber Marathon challenge pairs patients with runners to raise money for cancer research and this year 60 Jimmy Fund clinic patients will be matched up.
